1. Program Description

MuffinMenu (operated by Add4x Inc) sends transactional SMS text messages about the specific order you place with us. These messages keep you updated on the status of your pickup order and may include:

• Order confirmation
• Order ready for pickup
• Order delayed, with an updated pickup time
• Order cancelled
• Pickup or pay-at-pickup payment reminders

We do not use this program for marketing, promotional, or bulk messaging. You will only receive SMS messages related to an order you have placed.

2. How You Opt In

Providing your phone number is optional. During checkout you may enter your phone number in the “Mobile Number for SMS Updates” field and select the SMS consent checkbox. By selecting that checkbox and placing your order, you agree to receive the transactional SMS messages described above from MuffinMenu (Add4x Inc). Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services — you can complete your order without selecting the checkbox or providing a phone number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the activity of your order. You will typically receive up to 5 messages per order.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for receiving these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS order updates at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS order updates from this program.
